1. Appointments:

Booking: We highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments will be given priority. Online appointments are only "requests". An appointment is not set until we confirm the appointment with you.
Time Consideration: Promptly notify us if you are unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule.
Services to be performed: When scheduling an appointment, please inform us of all services you would like performed such as nail design or soak-off so that we can assign the right technician and allocate sufficient service time.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Notification of Issues: We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know during your service, and we will do our best to address your concerns. We will also ask you during checkout if you are satisfied with your service. Please let us know at that time if you are unsatisfied. We are committed to re-doing the service at no additional cost at that time or schedule you to come back in.
Acceptance of Service: Once you have left the salon premises, it signifies your acceptance and satisfaction with the service provided.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for services due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Customer-Induced Damage: Any repairs or replacements required due to customer- induced damage will be charged accordingly.
Lacquer Nails: Lacquer is easily scratched and chipped. There is no guarantee on lacquer nails once you have left the store.
Nail Care Guidance: If you have any questions or need guidance on maintaining your nails, our knowledgeable staff is available to assist you. Feel free to ask for recommendations and tips.

3. Health and Safety

One Time Use: All one time use items will be discarded immediately after service.
Sanitation/Sterilization: The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols, including the use of disposable tools, autoclave for sterilizing metal implements, and regularly disinfecting all surfaces.
Illness: If you have any contagious conditions or illnesses, please inform us before your appointment. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule.
Allergies/Allergic Reactions: We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or burning due to waxing, eyebrow glue, or aromatherapy of towels. Those who are using acne medications (Retina, Reenova, etc) or have sensitive skin should pay extra care and attention. Please let us know if you have any of these allergies prior to any service being performed.
Children: Our staff will not be able to keep an eye on children. We request that clients refrain from bringing young children or infants to the salon, unless they are receiving service.

4. Payment

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and MyAllure Nail Spa gift cards/certificates for payment. We do not accept checks or other forms of payments. Gratuity is appreciated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Gift Cards/Certificates: Gift cards/certificates are available for purchase and must be presented at the time of redemption. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. This includes accidental damage to clothing, shoes, or purses from polish or chemicals used in the store. Please exercise caution when handling nail polishes and keep valuable items secure and off the ground. We ask that you refrain from bringing valuable items into the salon.

6. Professional Conduct:

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Feedback:

We value your feedback and suggestions. If you have any comments or concerns, please feel free to share them with our staff or management.

8. Pets:

Pets are not allowed with the exception of Service Animals.
